Placement scheme
The graphite pallets move very smoothly, passing alternately through the purge chamber, the sublimation chamber, the sintering chamber, the refrigerator, and return to the loading table via the return conveyor.

The economics
As part of the task of calculating the cost of manufactured products, the theoretical value of the so-called "Pallet price" is used. This is the reduced value of all the operating costs required to organize sintering. To calculate the cost of the sintering operation of your products, it is necessary to simulate the placement of products in a space of 200x330x160mm and substitute it into the formula.
A detailed calculation of the "Pallet price" for a specific case consists of: the electricity tariff, the capacity of the furnace and the dissociator, the price of liquefied ammonia, the salary of the staff. The equipment does not require highly qualified personnel and can pay you back in less than two years. Everything depends only on the specific product being produced.
